SERVICES ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL AT THE BEGINNING OF YOUR SESSION

CANCELLATIONS NOT MADE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO SERVICE WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF SERVICE

APPOINTMENTS CANCELED SAME DAY WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED

NO CALL/NO SHOW AUTOMATIC LOSS OF SERVICE & A $25 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR NEXT SESSION
